Our full replacement option consists of:
- Removal of all existing gutters and downpipes
- Removal of all existing wooden fascias and soffits
- The inspection of all exposed roof spars
- Repair and splicing of any rotten roof spars found
- Removal of all first row of tiles
- Inspection of all exposed felt
- Installation of full replacement fascia and soffits (colour of choice)
- Installation of full new felt support tray system
- Installation of full new ventilation system
- Installation of full new gutter and downpipe system (colour and style of choice)
